Our Story
Outlaw Eggrolls "Where Texas Meets Asia" is a small "veteran/family" owned business specializing in a combination of Texas/Asian fusion eggrolls.
We originally started on October 31, 2020, during the height of the pandemic in a barn at the Wolfforth Farmers Market. After six months of figuring things out we were presented with the opportunity to take over a food truck and on April 1, 2021, we started making our way around Lubbock and the surrounding areas.
We are continually striving to enhance the menu and the experience as we are looking forward to continually growing our customer base.
