Outlaw Egg Rolls is a small veteran/family owned food truck specializing in various egg rolls to create the true "Where Texas Meets Asia" theme. We started October 31, 2020 in the heighth of the pandemic at a local farmer's market and by April 2021 we were moving into our first food truck.

 

Tasty and completely unique, Outlaw Egg Rolls serves up delicious foods to Lubbock-area diners who are seeking something different than the same old options. There are millions trying to perfect the Food Truck lifestyle, but we think we’ve mastered it!
